Concept Design
Concept ideas were produced after extensive research and development into S.A.D. had revealed what the consumer required from this NEW product design.

Prototyping / Model Making
Once a concept direction had been chosen development models were made, giving the client a visual entity to evaluate. Full rapid prototye models followed.

3D CAD
Fully engineered cad models were then created using the latest SDRC ideas software.

Injection Mould Tool
The finished cad model was then passed to our inhouse injection mould tool design team who produced full tool drawings and fully surfaced die models.

Electronics
Our in house electronic engineers designed the PCB layout and .gbr files for manufacture. This included pic programming.

Branding
A simple effective brand was created for the brite box, giving the product an identity that consumers could easily recognize and relate to.
