Full Die surfacing
We can supply for you fully surfaced die models in 3-D using the latest CAD software. Our team have experience of working in a tool room and understand fully mould tools and their construction. Cores, cavities and slides can be modelled in 3D as surface or solid models and can then be transferred to the toolmakers CAD CAM system

2D Product Design Drawings
Our product Design team are highly experienced and proficient at producing 2-D detailed drawing. Our Drawings are detailed to British Standard 308 and can be exported in a number of formats including DXF and DWG.

Electronic Design
Working alongside our product design team is our electronic design engineer, with over 30 years experience in P.C.B (printed circuit board) design and prototyping along with embedded system design (hardware and software). We have a proven track record of complete electronic product design from concept to completion. We also offer a custom software development service.
